Many of our patients at Loveland Pediatric Dentistry are without dental insurance and have asked us what we can recommend as a helpful and affordable payment plan. After much research and review, we are excited to offer our own membership plan: Plan for Health! Please call or message us today for more information.
We are considered in-network with most PPO insurance plans. Please contact us and we will let you know if we work with your insurance plan. We do not accept DMO plans.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We are happy to work with your insurance providers to determine which procedures will be covered by your dental benefits. A membership program for potential patients without insurance is offered at our office. Please call us for more information.
If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card with you. If we are working with your insurance, please remember that your deductible and/or initial responsibility are due at the time of your child’s treatment. We accept cash, check, most major credit cards and Care Credit.
Appointment Policy
We reserve time, trained personnel and dental equipment specifically for your child’s procedure. A broken appointment is a loss to everyone, including other children needing treatment. For this reason, it is important that you notify our office at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time if you have to reschedule. This courtesy enables us to accommodate the needs of your children and others more readily.
We reserve the right to charge for the time reserved if you fail to keep the appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours notice-$50 for treatment visits and $35 for preventive (cleanings or sealants).
